Who is HeartBridge?
Heartbridge Collective is an educational consulting company focused on helping schools reach their potential. We have been working with schools for over ten years to provide them with consulting, curriculum, and professional development, to help them build health and well-being within their community. Heartbridge Collective was founded as a response to the lack of true innovation and vision in education, specifically in the area of mental and emotional health in public schools in Arkansas. We developed a curriculum in early 2016 aimed at increasing emotional intelligence and social skills in students. We partnered with a number of pilot schools who taught our curriculum to positive results.
Our Mission
Our mission has grown from simply selling curriculum to working with schools to build health and well-being in all members of the school ecosystem. We are focused on reimagining what it means for students and teachers to be successful in school. HeartBridge works with schools to codesign a path to flourishing that matches that school's unique culture and purpose. This type of collaboration ensures that schools retain their agency and build a program that they feel is their own.
Our Commitment to Flourishing
We first heard about the concept of "flourishing" at a summit for Positive Psychology in Ft. Worth, Texas in 2018. It completely changed our idea about what success should look like for children (and adults, as well). We developed curriculum, teacher resources, training, etc. to help schools achieve this goal of helping their students thrive and grow. Our commitment continues to be toward helping all members of schools--and now, communities, to flourish.
